How to Properly Communicate in the Workplace

It's always a joy to hold a seminar but it's twice the fun when your audience is no less than ministers of the gospel. In a way, it's a dream come true because I know in my heart I'd be able to make a difference not just with my attendees but with the people they oversee as well.

It was a fun-filled day as we talked about social graces in the professional setting. How does one behave or talk when it's the first meeting? Or how does one talk? What topics are appropriate conversation starters?

We capped off the training with fool proof tips on how one can claim for an undelivered performance and how one can thank sincerely. Include in this the basics of delivering a bad news and persuading someone without faltering.

Special thanks go to my former English teacher, now a respected colleague, the Director for Center for Language Studies of the New Era University, Dr. Vivian I. Buhain.

I can't wait until our next training.

This training was held on September 06, 2018, Thursday at the Speech Laboratory of NEU.

Watch out for my next blog as I discuss the answers to these questions. :)
